Oversaw development, production, budgeting, and administration of the Oslo Freedom Forum (OFF), a $4.5 million program of recurring human rights events that engages over 5000 participants and 100 partners annually in Norway, Taiwan, Mexico, South Africa, the U.S. and other locations.
Managed and directed 50 core HRF staff, 30 volunteers, local production teams of 25-75 subcontractors, and international security teams for all events. Led volunteer recruitment effort and initiated youth ambassador programs in host cities.
Collaborated with key internal partners to develop global event strategy. Crafted thematic vision and programmatic content for each event, including selection and coaching of speakers, workshop and training session planning, and development of overall conference design.
Managed relationships with partner organizations and funders, including Twitter, Amnesty International, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the City of Oslo. Built partnerships with current and potential donors, and assisted in drafting and reporting on grant proposals.

Assisted director in all aspects of program implementation, including budget management, staffing, consultant on-boarding and training, and partnership cultivation. Oversaw seasonal internship program and curated professional development initiative for Events team.
Coordinated with sponsors, designers, and communication teams for creation of all branded event content, including interactive expos of 25+ partners, editorial magazines, visual presentations, and registration platforms.
Designed and executed staffing plans for 120 team members, including senior leaders. Onboarded all subcontractors and outreach teams.
Initiated and facilitated impact workshop initiative with collaborative design firm for 50 participants, resulting in 12 unique, ongoing human rights campaigns and projects.
